What a year it’s been! We are filled with incredible gratitude as we write this letter reflecting on 2019. Thank you for letting us be a part of your journey towards better nutrition while contributing to a more sustainable food system.
With your support, here are a few of the things we’re proud of achieving this year:
- Served over a million plant-forward meals, cold-pressed juices, and nutritious snacks!
- Helped thousands of customers reach their health goals, save countless hours of meal prep, and slash diet-related carbon and freshwater footprints
- Expanded our geographical reach to serve customers across greater California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Arizona, and Utah
- Increased accessibility to our products: you can now find our products in over 30+ retail locations across the SF Bay Area and LA region
- Launched nutritious soups and convenient jar salads, as well as hundreds of new dishes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks
- Donated over 15,000 fresh, nutritious meals to those in need
- Dramatically reduced food waste and environmental footprint by ensuring that our production facilities run on carbon-free power, offsetting our delivery-related CO₂ emissions, and tackling many other initiatives on our sustainability roadmap (packaging changes in the works!)
We have huge goals for 2020 and we absolutely cannot wait for what the new year will bring. Thank you for all of your support along the way—we would not be here without you.
