Stay cool on warm summer days by turning our cold-pressed Watermelon Berry juice, an antioxidant-rich fruit refresher, into fun and fruity creamsicles!

Ingredients
Yields 8 popsicles
- 1 bottle Thistle’s Watermelon Berry juice
- About 10 oz dairy-free yogurt, plain (we love Cocojune!)
- 6-8 Strawberries, sliced (frozen or fresh!)
Method
- Shake your Watermelon Berry juice well to distribute the chia seeds, then fill your popsicle molds about 1/4 of the way with the juice.
- Layer in the yogurt to fill your mold about half way, then add in your sliced strawberries. Then a little more juice, and top off with yogurt.
- Add in the popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 2 hours. Having the yogurt in the middle and at the top will help hold the popsicle sticks in place.
