This Spinach Artichoke Dip is as simple as it is delicious. It’s loaded with nutrients, just the way we like it.

Ingredients
1-15oz can of navy beans, drained and rinsed
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 cup quartered artichoke hearts, drained
1/4 cup water chestnuts, drained
1/2 cup frozen spinach
Instructions
In the bowl of a food process, combine the navy beans through onion powder and blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
Add the artichoke hearts, water chestnuts and spinach and pulse until roughly chopped—do not over process. Transfer to a bowl or serving dish and enjoy with you favorite crackers, chips or seasonal veggies.
Will last up to one week in the refrigerator, covered.
