Ingredients
2 tbsp your favorite peanut butter (or alternative nut butter! We love almond and sunflower especially, but hazelnut could be delicious, too!)
2 tbsp chia jam (using your favorite fruit)
- 4 large strawberries or 6 raspberries, mashed (can use cherries or peaches, but would puree before mixing with the other ingredients)
- 1/4 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp water
2 pieces of your favorite bread or 2 small wraps to roll up!
