Meal Hack: Crisp Japanese Yuzu Salad to Noodle Bowl

Cook Time: 5 minutes

Serves: 1-2 portions

Cook your favorite ramen or soba noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Heat a large skillet (or a wok!) to medium-high heat. Add in 1 tsp of a neutral oil, and stir fry the salad until it’s cooked through. Add in the noodles to combine.

Top with scallions and/or black sesame seeds (if desired), and serve with the Yuzu Vinaigrette drizzled on top.
