Beet Pastrami Salad + Bread = Beet Pastrami Sandwich
- Slice a bread roll in half, or substitute for any sandwich bread. Toast in an oven at 325F on a sheet tray for 5 minutes until golden and slightly crispy.
- Remove the ramekin of dressing. In a medium skillet, sauté the kale, spinach, beet pastrami, lentils, sauerkraut and seeds until the greens are wilted and the mix is warmed through.
- Spread the dressing onto the toasted bread and follow with the sauteed beet pastrami. Add more or less sauce, you are the boss of your sauce!
