Our take on a "blue Hawaiian" cocktail - light rum, triple sec, coconut cream/cream of coconut, our Vibrant Veggie juice, ice, and fruit garnish, if you dare.
Ingredients
- 2 oz pea flower concentrate (1 tbsp flowers + 1/4 cup hot water)
- 1 oz rum
- 1/2 oz triple sec
- 2 oz Vibrant Veggie
- 3/4 oz coconut cream
- ice
- garnish ideas: orange slice, cherry, pineapple garnish
Directions
- To make the pea flower concentrate, mix 1/4 cup hot water with a heaping tablespoon of dried pea flowers. Let it steep for at least 5 minutes, and then strain out the leaves. Let come to room temperature before using (at least 30 minutes)
- In a shaker filled halfway with ice, shake together the the concentrate, rum, triple sec, Vibrant Veggie, and coconut cream for at least 30 seconds until the mix is homogenized and creamy
- Strain into a lowball glass filled with ice
- Garnish with any kind of fruit
